I want to thank you for your superior customer service. The 130 quail chicks arrived yesterday in great shape via express mail. I was able to track the delivery on my iphone on my way back to Frankfort, KY from Ft Wayne, IN as I was out of town on business. I was on my way to the post office when I received a call from the postal service employee. I picked up the quail chicks within 5 minutes and had only a 20 minute drive to my farm where I dropped them in a Wildlife Management Technologies "surrogator". They are now "snug as a bug in a rug" and will be released amongst the native grass fields I have established in about 5 weeks.

He has the birds in his office in a brooder and they all look healthy and energetic. As soon as he placed them in the brooder, they began taking water and food.
